    Comeback Sauce. (Outback Steakhouse blooming Onion Dip) * 1 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup * 1/4 cup chili sauce ( I prefer Heinz or DelMonte. DO NOT substitute Thai Chili Sauce) * 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard * 1 teaspoon onion powder * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce * 1 teaspoon ground black pepper * 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce * 1/4 cup light olive oil * juice of one lemon -- Mix all ingredients well and store in refrigerator overnight.

Blooming onion- 3 large, sweet onions 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 eggs 1 cup milk oil for frying Make sure flour gets in between each of the petals. In another large bowl whisk together the eggs and milk. Shake off any excess flour. Dunk onion, cut side down, into the egg mixture. Flip get the egg mixture in between each petal. place the onion back in the flour mixture and coat it once again.

Bloomin' Onion Bread. Made this tonight stuffed with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and oregano from the garden, and slices of red onion. The whole thing was drizzled with butter melted with pepper and garlic. Baked for about 20 minutes. Served with potato soup. Kevin about died. He ate himself sick. Lol.
