    Riceworks Crisps, we love these gluten free chips and they're available at Walmart !!! In our local store, they have them on the aisle across from the beer, so if you don't drink like we don't, you might not know where they are. We happened to see them, as we walked down the main aisle, since they're close to the end. The sea salt ones taste like corn chips, but not as greasy ! I crush them and line my pan, for taco casserole (gluten free).

3 c each brown rice flour and tapioca starch, 2 c sorghum flour, 1 c coconut flour == combine flours - store in a large airtight container - - add xanthan gum to your dry ingredients, not to the flour mix (1/4 t - 1 t per cup of flour depending on what you are making) - use cup for cup (a little additional liquid may be necessary in recipes due to the absorbency of the coconut flour)
