    Zucchini chips Don't slice them too thin or it will come out like paper and crumble when you touch them. These are so tasty! Not only is it healthy, it's dirt cheap too! Cut a zucchini into thin slices and toss in 1 Tbsp olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 225°F for 110-120 minutes. Using paprika not only to flavor this healthy snack, but also to boost your metabolism, reduce your appetite, and lower your blood pressure.

Baked zucchini chips are a great alternative to greasy, fried potato chips or french fries. They give you the same satisfaction when you have a salty, cruncy craving. All you need is zucchini, milk, panko crumbs, milk (go for skim or 1% milk fat), a little grated cheese, and some salt and pepper. Click the picture to get it baking!
