Not that I was expecting something less nutty tasting but if I had to imagine what bird food tasted like, this would be it. While it is EXTREMELY healthy, I probably won't make it again...

The Life-Changing Loaf uses whole grains, nuts, and seeds. It is high in protein. It is incredibly high in fiber. It is gluten-free and vegan. Everything gets soaked for optimal nutrition and digestion. I will go so far as to say that this bread is good for you.

The Life Changing Crackers / my new roots ...the bread version wasn't quite as life-changing for me as it seems to have been for everyone else, but i think i could get behind these crackers.
