Stone Age Bread Credit Thomas Rode, Kong Hans (top famous restaurant in Europe) 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 cup almonds chopped, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup walnuts chopped, 1 cup flax seeds, 1 cup hemp seeds, 5 eggs, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tea spoon himalaya pink salt. Mix all together and bake for one hour at 325 degrees in preheated oven. I made this tonight and LOVE it. Easy and so delicious!!
Chocolate Kale Smoothie 16 oz almond milk ¾ cup frozen blueberries 2 bananas, peeled and frozen 1 T. honey ¼ t. vanilla extract 1 ½ T. soy protein powder (optional) 1 T. unsweetened cocoa, sifted 1 ½ cups fresh kale, washed and torn into large pieces Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses or mugs and sprinkle with sifted cocoa. Serves 2-3.

Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or almond meal, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
THM - Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookie (like a muffin in a mug (MIM) but more cookie texture) - In a Coffee cup mix - 1 egg whipped, 1 TBS Almond Meal/Flour, 1 TBS Golden flax meal, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 TBS coconut flour, 1 TBS coconut flakes(optional), 1 TBS 85% dark chocolate chips. 1/2 TBS soft or melted butter. 1 pack truvia, 1 TSP xylitol, 1 TSP chopped pecans (optional) Mix all together well with a fork, microwave 1 minute, let sit for 5 minutes & enjoy.
