Crockpot honey apple pork tenderloin | was fantastic! | took the easy way - cut up 2 apples, placed in bottom of crock pot | laid tenderloin on top | covered with one applesauce (from the kids snack stash) | salt/pepper/cinnamon | drizzled honey | cooked on low for 7 hrs | kids approved!
Maple and Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin in the crockpot. -- 1st ever crockpot meal, definitely had potential except i burnt it to a blackened crisp! luckily the inside was still salvageable so i made it into a pulled pork maple bbq. still delicious but not what it was originally intended to be. will try again later.
Double Crunch Honey Garlic Pork Chops. I must say this was really good! I added a little cornstarch to the flour mixture for a lil extra crispiness. Only used 1 tsp of pepper in the sauce...figured that was enough. The sauce really made the dish...yum!
