I'm a green smoothie junkie. These beat the health options in any of the other so-called "healthy liquids" marketed out there at a fraction of the price. Just buy your own greens, veggies and fruits ... add some green tea, or whatever liquid you prefer ... (non-alcoholic - ha!) and you're good to go! If it can be grown, it can go in your green smoothie. I recommend 3/4 greens and only 1/4 fruit.
