      Clean Peanut Butter Wheat Muffins makes 1 dozen 2 cups whole-wheat flour 6 tbsp ground flaxseed meal 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter 2 tbsp unsulfured molasses 2 tbsp honey 2 cups almond milk Preheat oven to 350F. Coat muffin pan with spray. Stir together flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Add peanut butter, molasses, honey, and milk and stir well. Spoon batter evenly into cups, baking 25-30 minutes.
