what a great idea...I don't know about ordering one but, I will have to see if I can make one of my own design!

Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my best...no where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
