Pepper Steak | Skinnytaste ..4/21/15- delicious. Bought a Top Round steak from Wegmans and sliced thin, 3 peppers and one onion chopped. I used the Brown Sauce recipe to add more sauce to the recipe. Browned steak for a few minutes in the hot oil and then removed to cook the veggies and then back in again with the steak and sauce. Turned out delicious. Will make again.
