France. Paris under the snow. I adore Paris and can't air to visit again. Would LOVE to see it in the snow. Beautiful city!

The whiteness of the snow contrasts beautifully with the dark lines of the fence and the soft blue and grey of the background.

Snow and ice covered graveyard lantern at Leksands Kyrka, 13th century parish church. During renovations in 1971, a burial site was found that dates from the period when the Vikings were being converted to Christianity. There are other treasures as well, including Dalarna's oldest organ, a German font from the 16th century, and a crucifix from the 15th century.
