Grilled cabbage. If you have never had it grilled you are missing out! Cut a head into 4~6 peices, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, and top with bacon if desired. I also season it with season salt.

Southern Fried Cabbage.. Cook a couple pieces of bacon (or 4), then cook a bit of onion in that and 4 T of butter before adding in the cabbage and simple seasonings of salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. After that, cover and let it braise for 30 minutes, adding a splash of cider vinegar and red pepper flakes just before serving. Ooooo it is good!!!!
