Strawberry Oat Bars. No bake! Pitted dates, macadamia nuts, old-fashioned rolled oats, sea salt & strawberries. Everything but strawberries goes in food processor until combined & is then pressed into pan. Mash a few strawberries, spread on top & line with remaining strawberry slices. Cut into bars & eat!

Delicious, healthy, full of Vitamin A and healthy olive oil, I am making some today! I love carrots, raw, cooked, in dishes, by themselves, with hummus, whatever, now I am going to try them as chips too. I love these posters that come with the recipe right on them!
Summer Squash Chips- 5 medium summer squash, 1/8" slices 1 tsp coarse salt 1 tsp fresh oregano Olive oil cooking spray Directions Preheat oven to 200°F. Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray, and place squash in a single layer on sheets. Cover squash with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and oregano on top. Roast for 1 hour and then rotate trays. Roast for 30-60 minutes more, until chips are crisp.
Oven at 300*, cook for 30-40min. Toss thickly sliced zucchini in olive oil. In another bowl, combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and a few turns of pepper. Coat zucchini, bake until browned & crisp. Serve hot! For salt and vinegar, soak slices in vinegar for 1hr and sprinkle with salt. Chipotle powder or curry powder for other flavors.
