      31 healthy, portable high protein snacks, incl. Silver Dollar Protein Pancakes: Mix 4 egg whites, 1/2 C. rolled oats, 1/2 C. ff cottage cheese, 1/8 t. baking powder, and 1/2 t. vanilla extract. Cook on a preheated griddle (med low heat) until pancakes bubble, then flip and cook for an addition 60 seconds. Entire recipe has 315 cals, 3g fat, 4g fiber, and 35g protein.
