I've been making green smoothies for a few years now, and have been slowly but surely converting others. Looks weird but tastes fine, and it feels good to see all the veggies you're getting when stuffing it all into the blender!
I have 6 of these 7 Superfoods stocked up in my fridge!!! Might have to make some smoothies after work!!
Super Foods Smoothie 2 cups baby spinach loosely packed (organic) 4 kale leaves, remove stems, loosely packed 1 sm frozen banana, slice before freezing 1 cup frozen berries, unsweetened Fresh ginger root (1/2″ slice) 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, 0% fat 1 cup chilled green tea (unsweetened)…home brewed is best. 1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice 1 cup crushed ice
