Chicken Lo Mein - really good. I didn't have sesame oil - there were no directions on recipe, so I sauteed carrots and cabbage (cabbage & grn onion should be added later so it still has crunch), then added garlic & ginger, after a couple more min I added vinegar and soy sauce, then chicken broth and corn starch. I used linguine noodles, quite tasty.
