"A sketch of Amalia von Kleve, sister of Anna of Kleve's, by Hans Holbein. Both Anna and her sister Amalia were sketched by Holbein, since they were both being considered as potential candidates for King Henry VIII's fourth wife. Henry found Anna's portrait more appealing. Amalia appears to have remained unmarried; she does leave behind a book of songs that she compiled, of which copies exist in the German cities of Berlin and Frankfurt."
