    Susan, it has to be a plain yogurt, and it has to have live cultures. But yes, definitely choose one you like the taste of. I usually use the Astro Balkan Style, which works great. The main reason I go with it, though, is because it's one of the few plain yogurts I can buy in a single-serving container.

    Well I've lost nearly 120 lbs in the last two years, and I eat 8 oz of yogurt every morning. I couldn't access the link, though, but I can attest to it being part of what I do.

    Thanks for the tips! I can't drink plain milk as I'm lactos intolerant but enjoy plain Greek. I eat a medditeranian based diet so this is perfect! I look foreard to trying this! Fantastic Cheryl - congrats!
