    Smoothie Recipe for Fitness Junkies: Blueberry Maple Oatmeal Smoothie, 1/2 C rolled oats, 1 C yogurt, 1 C blueberries, 2 Tbls maple syrup, 1 C liquid (soy milk, juice, etc.). Mix the oats into the yogurt and let sit in fridge overnight, then puree everything in a food processor.
