So I don't get fat, to excercise the dog, so I can sleep at night, to improve my mood, to help my mental focus, to outrun the pain of a breakup, to get into the school of my choice, to process this crazy life, and to look damn good... But really, I run because that's what I do.
I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!
C25K schedule. I did this program web I starte getting healthy and wanted to take up running. VERY good and easy program to get into running if you've been much of a runner before.
