    Using forks for texture

Really like this idea. It would take too long as an actual vbs craft due to cutting out so many handprints, but I may do this as a large decoration in the preschool hallway using all the kids handprints.

Fun with clouds! This is a great website for creative and fun things to do with your kids.

This would be fun to do in the summer as a shape review---the paper plate is a circle and instead of yellow strips, you could use yellow and orange, elongated triangles for the rays. They'd be cool dangling from our classroom ceiling!
