Fluffy Greek Yogurt Blueberry Pancakes with Strawberry Maple Syrup
Used blueberries instead of strawberries in syrup. Made with skim milk, 3.75 ww points each if you cook with 3 tbs butter. Syrup not included in points. 12 grams of protein from the yogurt added. Good breakfast food!
Greek Yogurt Pancakes: 6 oz of Greek yogurt, 1 TBSP of honey, 1 egg, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or whatever fruit you would like). First mix together yogurt, honey and egg. Once combined, slowly mix in flour and baking soda.
