Berenice Abbott, Behavior of waves, 1960

This image is called "Circular Wave Systems" and taken by Berenice Abbott circa 1960. The photograph was taken for an American physics textbook in the 1960s and the amazing picture certainly got a lot of students at the time questioning a lot about physics and developing life long interests in the study of it. She was able to make documentary type images but able to do them in an incredibly artistic way. The mood is unbelievable because the image shows phenomena.
