I get from a lot of people about how to lose weight fast. You didn't put the weight on in 30 days, what makes you think your gonna lose it in 30 days? Consistency, determination, and good nutrition will help you keep a good lifestyle change! It's takes planning, trial error and effort to make the change but your body will thank you! :)
So true. While many people have goals to "be in shape for summer" etc. I think it's best to adapt a healthy lifestyle change. Something you can stick with in the long run.
Don't put a deadline on your body. You have your entire life to be healthy and happy. Losing 20lbs in 30 days doesn't mean anything.

Forget the "metabolism boosting" factor of these foods because honestly, any nutritionist/dietitian will tell you that these are AMAZINGLY nutritious foods.
