Chicken and Asparagus
Braised Chicken with Lemon and Capers: Moist and delicious! "I served this chicken over some creamy mashed potatoes. Changes: I used 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock instead of a mix of wine and stock; I used 6 or 7 cloves of garlic; I added a medium sliced onion. I also cooked this in a Dutch oven on the stove top over low heat instead of putting it in the oven."
