Peanut butter chocolate chip muffins; in the words of Madilynn, "these taste kind of yucky." There are actually ok, but the recipe needs more peanut to be young child friendly because the peanut butter flavor is very subtle. Also, one of the better base muffin recipes I've used.
Low-Fat High Fiber Blueberry Bran Muffins from Food.com: These muffins are a great low-fat moist muffin. I used 1/2 cup brown sugar instead of the 2/3 cup called for and I felt they were sweet enough. I also added chopped apples.
