    2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1/4 C + 2 3/4 C warm milk 3 egg 3/4 C butter melted 1/2 C sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 4 C flour In small bowl dissolve yeast in 1/4 C warm milk. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In large bowl mix egg yolks 1/4 C milk, butter & sugar. Add yeast mixture, salt, vanilla & then alternate between the flour & remaining milk. Gently fold the egg whites in. Cover without touching it, set in warm place, rise to double size aprox 1 hr Cook in a waffle iron
