|9 large inch||Spinach or gluten free tortilla - you could also skip the tortilla and wrap it in lettuce or collard green, multi-grain|
|1||3 cup well stirred tahini - make sure this is a level cup|

Quinoa Black Bean Casserol- Added a little corn in between bean and quinoa layer and served with extra shredded cheese, salsa and greek yogurt!! Will be making again for sure!
Black Bean Avocado!! Definitely a big win! Tweaks were: dried cilantro, bottled lime juice, yellow tomato, 1/2 as much vinegar because I'm always afraid of vinegar overpowering a dish, and I used a mixed greens salad. Served with blue corn chips. So very good!
