1 Jalapeno pepper

1 Pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices, medium
1 Red bell pepper
1 (8-ounce) package Tempeh

Canned Goods

1 1/2 cups Vegetable broth

Condiments

2 tsp Liquid smoke
2 tbsp Maple syrup
3 tbsp Soy sauce

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Quinoa

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp Olive oil
