    "UN" TUNA / CHICKEN SALAD - Made this last weekend and loved it. The brand of pickles/juice that you use is very important so choose one that you love. I used Woodstock Kosher Organic Dills. I followed the recipe exactly and then added a bit of cayenne pepper, himalayan salt, garlic powder and dried red pepper flakes. Next time I might add some dulse flakes and fresh dill. I recommend finely dicing the pickles, celery and onion. Made a fantastic vegan sandwich and stored well in the frig.
