Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Vegetables. Another one pan (well, 2 technically) dinner. Yay!! This looks amazing! Tons of veggies...asparagus, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, carrots, fresh rosemary and sage. Whaaaaaaat?!? A quarter cup balsamic vinegar helps flavor this delish veggie and chicken thigh combo. I'd omit the half tsp of sugar.
