TSR Version of T.G.I. Friday's Black Bean Soup by Todd Wilbur

Gluten free • 1 hr to make • Serves 1


4 (15 ounce) cans Black beans
1/2 cup Carrot
3/4 cup Celery
2 tbsp Garlic
1/4 cup Green bell pepper
1 Green onion
3/4 cup White onion

Canned Goods

4 cups Chicken stock


1/4 tsp Hickory liquid smoke

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin


1 Monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
