Uncovet: We’re so craving a power picnic. On our wish list is vintage suitcases and cool baskets for carrying the food, bright colored pillows and poufs for seats, turkish towels as blankets and tablecloths, wine bottle tumblers and fun glassware, wood trays and coolers, sturdy canvas totes and backpacks, air plant centerpieces, and of course the bike rides to and from the outdoor fun.
I love the way this plays into the camp theme, however I am not such a big fan of the yellow plaid.
Herb Farm Picnic Day Inspiration... Preserved lemons are delicious on salads or with cheeses. Recipe: cut a fresh lemons into wedges, submerge in Kosher salt inside a mason jar, then put in fridge to “cook” for 3 months. Super yummy and easy. The lemons add a little surprise to a herbal vinaigrette in a simple arugula and oil salad.
