      Brussels Sprouts & Hard Boiled Egg Chop Salad... Delicious! I sauted the leaves in mostly water with just a tad of olive oil. I used organic minced garlic. I sauted the leaves twice as long as suggested and they were still a little tough for my liking, next time I'll put a lid on. Along with the salt, I added a sprinkle of good black pepper. I'm sitting here enjoying this and it's very very good, but I'm having to fight myself not to think of how much better it would be with a little mayo.
