Grilled Salmon Kebabs Ingredients 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano 2 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1-1/2 lbs. skinless wild salmon fillet, cut 1-inch pieces 2 lemons, very thinly sliced into rounds olive oil cooking spray 1 tsp kosher salt 16 bamboo skewers soaked in water 1 hour
Perfect Grilled Salmon. 6-8 ounce skin-on salmon fillets, kosher salt, & olive oil. Preheat charcoal grill to 375. Cover all sides of fillets with light coating of olive oil. Sprinkle well with salt. Oil grill grate with high temp vegetable oil. Place fillets on grill, skin side down. Grill covered for 8 minutes. Flip & grill covered for an additional 3 minutes for medium. Adjust cook times to preferred doneness. Remove from grill & Enjoy. Optional: season with dill or lemon if desired.
