Nutty Butternut Squash Soup

1 1/2 cups Butternut squash
1/2 cup Carrot
2 Garlic cloves
1 cup Onion
1/4 tsp Sage, dried
1 1/2 cup Sweet potatoes

Canned Goods

3 cup Vegetable broth or chicken broth


1 tsp Honey
3 tbsp Peanut butter, natural

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp Black pepper, fresh ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 Pinch Nutmeg

Oils & Vinegars

1 tsp Oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground


1/2 cup Milk, fat-free
4 tbsp Sour cream, light


1½ cup chopped peeled & seeded Golden acorn
