Roast beef and french onion grilled cheese. I highly recommend this. Just made it for lunch and it's delicious. I used ciabatta bread instead of rye (not a huge rye fan and I love chewy ciabatta) Once the onions where done, I threw the beef in the pan for a moment. Just to warm it up a bit.
