PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN  Make it healthier:  Air-pop 1/2 C organic popcorn. Set aside. Bring to a boil:  1C Agave nectar & 1 C organic brown sugar.  Boil for a few minutes, add a pinch of cinnamon.  Add & mix well 1 C  organic (no salt) 100% peanut butter (used a stick blender for nice creamy texture); pour over popcorn; stir to mix on a cookie sheet.  Place into a 225 degree oven & stir every 15 min for an hour.  Remove from oven and sprinkled with sea salt mixed with cinnamon (lightly)…

gluten free pumpkin bread  Just made these and they look good but I haven't tasted them yet. I didn't use just rice flour though, as I'm not a huge fan of it. I used a mix of tapioca, sorghum, almond and coconut flours.
