    1 cup Peas
    4 Sweet potatoes or russet potatoes, organic
    2 Thai bird chilies
    1 White or yellow onion, medium

    Canned Goods

    1 cup Coconut milk, canned and full fat

    Baking & Spices

    1/2 cup Almond flour
    1 tsp Garam masala
    1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
    1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 cup Tapioca flour

    Oils & Vinegars

    2 tbsp Grassfed organic ghee or oil

    Nuts & Seeds

    1 tsp Cumin seeds

    Bread & Baked Goods

      Paleo Samosa from My Heart Beets [I am not a Paleo or Primal eater but these are gluten free as well as completely non-dairy as long as you avoid washing with melted ghee for color all the same, ghee is lactose free. Uses almond flour if nuts are a problem but there is a nut-free roti on the site which is very adaptable — 30-05-14]
