1 inch Ginger
1 cup Peas
4 Sweet potatoes or russet potatoes, organic
2 Thai bird chilies
1 White or yellow onion, medium

Canned Goods

1 cup Coconut milk, canned and full fat

Baking & Spices

1/2 cup Almond flour
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Tapioca flour

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Grassfed organic ghee or oil

Nuts & Seeds

1 tsp Cumin seeds

Bread & Baked Goods

Uses almond flour if nuts are a problem but there is a nut-free roti on the site which is very adaptable — 30-05-14]
