    Snack Attack: Garlic Dill Sweet Potato Wedges

    Meat

    1/4 cup Duck fat

    Produce

    3 tbsp Dill, fresh
    1/4 tsp Garlic powder
    3 Sweet potatoes

    Baking & Spices

    1/8 tsp Paprika
    1/4 tsp Salt

      Garlic Dill (Paleo) Sweet Potato Wedges -- Very delicious, and perfectly crispy. Soaking them in ice water and using a rack really did wonders for making them French fry quality. I like the salt and dill combo a lot. We whipped up a little goat cheese dipping sauce, which was yummy.

    Roasted Dill Potato Wedges - 6 -8 med russet potatoes, cut into wedges evenly, 2 tsp dried dill, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion powder, pinch of salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp grapeseed or canola oil.
