Everything Bagel: slather that bad boy with avocado, tomato, red onion, and some sprouts (gf, vegan).

I've made this twice now! I've used different types of diced tomato's each time and both ways were equally amazing!

Def. goofed this up by using reg. balsamic vinegar! Although, hubby still loved it.

The balsamic vinegar provides acidity and a deep flavor. The tomato paste gives a tang and helps with that distinctive cheese color. The tahini gives great sharpness and depth of flavor (like in a cheddar) as well as a thick, creamy texture. - See more at: http://thevegan8.com/2014/0...

Looking to try and change a little bit of my diet at a time. Would love to go vegan, but can't imagine giving up dairy. My sister is Vegan and looks and feels great. Quite an inspiration!

So I made soy chorizo today and LOVE it! I have never been a huge fan of ground beef's texture, so I think I actually prefer this version to the original that can contain either beef or pork. Kinda spicy! Used regular cheese sparingly. Couldn't go all the way with the vegan cream cheese! This will be one of my new healthier eating meals. Hooray!

the fact that I could get my very Mexican fiance to eat this more than once says it all...it's great

chickpea curry - I changed this a lot, but you've got to give them credit for using chickpeas, which I loved. Okay, this will be gross if you use coconut yogurt. Use coconut milk instead. I also added a can of tomatoes, a small can of tomato sauce and 3tbsp sugar. THEN it was delicious! You could also do coconut milk with pureed mango for a delicious curry as well.

Coconut Caramel Sauce. Sauce recipe is vegan (if you use coconut oil as suggested), donut recipe is not
