Gluten-Free Soda Bread - from the Gluten-free Girl, she's awesome. I make this in a cast iron pan, with anything that's available at the time, and no currants. It's that kind of recipe: just trust the seat of your pants, and make bread!
#paleo Irish Soda Bread: 2 1/2 cups packed BLANCHED Almond flour; REPLACE 1/2 Cup of Tapioca Starch or Potato Starch with coconut flour; 2 Tsp. Baking Soda *see note in directions; 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder; 1/4 Tsp. Salt; 1/4 Tsp. Caraway Seeds; REPLACE 1 Tablespoon sugar with honey; 1/4 raisins; 3 large Eggs; 2 Teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
Irish Soda Bread - YES!!! I made this today except I used 3/4 c almond flour and 1/2 coconut flour. Omit the raisins and honey entirely (used SF honey, but realize I didn't need it!)... Totally LC and gluten free. :)

Gluten Free Goddess Irish Soda bread. We've been making this every year since we went GF in 2006, but I use Pamela's and regular sugar. :-)
