12 oz Choc chips, semi sweet

    Easy Vegan Fudge 4 Ingredients, 15 minutes ⅔ cup full-fat coconut milk 2 T coconut oil 12 oz semisweet choc chips 1 t vanilla Line 6x6 baking dish w parchment paper. Add coconut milk to a saucepan, bring to a simmer, stir often to avoid scorching. Simmer 2-3 min. Add the coconut oil, stir until it melts. Add choc chips, stir until melting. Whisk until mixture is thick and well-combined. Remove from heat & stir in vanilla. Pour into baking pan. Refrigerate overnight or freeze half an hour.
