    1/2 cup Cabbage, purple
    1/2 cup Carrot
    2 tbsp Cilantro
    1 clove Garlic
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Ginger
    2 tbsp Green onion
    4 tbsp Peanuts, unsalted
    1/2 cup Red bell pepper
    1/2 cup Sugar snap peas


    14 oz Tofu, extra firm


    1 tbsp Liquid aminos or soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp Miso paste, light yellow
    1 Sriracha
    1/3 cup Veganaise or mayonnaise

    Baking & Spices

    1/4 tsp Salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    1 tsp Olive oil
    3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar

    Bread & Baked Goods

    4 Hamburger buns


    2 tbsp Water
