    Yeah I have it as well and I get violently ill and then pass out for hours. If I continued to eat it I could possibly die as well. I don't even want to know the damage I did to my body for all the years I didn't know what was wrong with me.

    I was diagnosed 3 years ago...but I never had any problems before that with gluten. I was never sick when I was younger or anything. Apparently mine is just a fluke or something. But I don't touch the evil gluten now.

Gluten Free Flour Mix 1 C white rice flour 1 C oat flour 1 C coconut flour 1 C tapioca flour/starch 1/4 C cornstarch 3 1/2 tsp. xantham gum Instructions: Combine all ingredients together and make sure they are mixed well. Store in an airtight container and use as flour in any baking recipe.
