Blueberry Protein Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

Vegetarian • Gluten free

Produce

1 cup Blueberries, fresh organic

Condiments

1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup, raw local

Baking & Spices

1 Pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top

Dairy

1/4 cup Milk
1 small cup Your favorite greek yogurt

Frozen

1 handful Ice to thicken

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients ■1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt ■1 cup Fruit (your Choice - Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple, Etc) ■1/4 cup Milk ■1 dash Honey ■ Ice Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

Skinny Greek Yogurt Smoothie (8 oz Greek yogurt 1/4 c peaches, fresh, frozen or canned in natural juice 1/4 c milk, I used unsweetened almond milk 1/2 tsp flax seed 1/2 tsp chia seed 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla flavoring 1 T agava nectar or 1 pack Nectresse Optional - 1 scoop vanilla or cake batter flavor protein powder)

Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake: 2 handfuls ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk - Enjoy!!!

What to sub with Greek yogurt -- I already do some of these. Mac and cheese with Greek yogurt is the best.
