Mushroom Lasagna - Yum! Got this recipe from the Cooking Light FB page. I bought the ingredients to make it this week.

Lighter Lasagna Soup Previous Pinner Said: Whoa. Tried this tonight and it was a smashing hit. Definitely part of the meal rotation now. Used lean ground beef instead of sausage, and added 1 t thyme and 1 T brown sugar (like Paula's original recipe). This was delish - highly recommend you try it! (By the way, it doesn't look as creamy as the photo when it's finished, more broth based.)
