Apple Ginger Rum Cocktail 2 teaspoons ginger syrup 1 1/2 oz aged rum 1/4 cup apple juice 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice 4 drops of bitters (optional) 1/4 cup club soda garnish: lemon wheel, apple slice Instructions In a cocktail shaker half-full of ice, combine ginger syrup, rum, apple juice, bitters (if using) and lemon juice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and an apple slice.
