Simple Sesame Noodles - simple & delicious comfort food. I used honey instead of white sugar and red pepper flakes instead of hot chili oil. Maybe add 1 less tbsp of canola oil next time, but super tasty overall and a hit with the fam.
Stir fry Ramen 3 packs ramen/instant noodle 1 C water or stock 1 Tbs sesame oil 1 dash blk pepper 3 ⅓ oz beansprouts 1 grated carrot 1 bunch spring onions 3 small deseeded chili optional Sauce: 3 Tbs light soy sauce 2 Tbs peri peri or chili sauce 1 Tbs dark soy sauce Cook noodles as package, drain; set aside. Brown onion in sesame oil; add carrot, saute 1 min; add noodles Add sauce & ½ cup water; mix well; add sprouts & spring onion for 2 min If dry add all water; mix til almost dry pepper
