Crockpot chicken. Sounds yummy. 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 (16 ½ ounce) can crushed pineapple 1 (16 ½ ounce) bottle archer farms hawaiian style barbecue sauce (found at Target) Directions: Place breasts in crock pot, pour pineapple on top of chicken and then pour sauce over all. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Crockpot Orange Chicken: This was also a delicious dish! However, my timing was a bit off and by the time we actually got to eat it (my husband was late coming home) it tasted like bad, dry Chinese food. So, don't cook it too long, check it every hour or so and when the sauce is nice and creamy and a LITTLE sticky, EAT!
1-2 lbs chicken cut into large chunks (breast or thighs) 3/4 cup Orange Marmalade 3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce Cook all ingredients 3-4 hours on high (6-8 hours on low), garnish with green onions, and serve over rice or noodles.
